# How can a school or language academy use AI without giving data away?

Use AI in your school by keeping programmes, timetables and enrolments in Traiker. Your data is yours: at Traiker we don't train models on it or process it, and you can export or delete it whenever you want. It's the safe place, with templates, for ChatGPT, Claude or Grok to query it through MCP without touching databases or building an app.

A school handles a lot of information that changes every year: groups, timetables, materials, enrolments and notices to families.

## What's the problem?

The office answers the same questions over and over, teachers each store their materials their own way and enrolment data is spread across several spreadsheets.

## What Traiker stores (and your agent queries)

- Courses, groups and timetables
- Programmes and materials by subject
- Enrolments, payments and status
- Announcements and FAQs for families

## An example with your assistant

You, in Claude connected to Traiker:

“Which students in the B2 afternoon group still have the second-term fee outstanding?”

The assistant checks groups and enrolments in Traiker and returns the list, ready for the office to send a reminder.

### An office with answers

Timetables, dates and requirements answered with the school's official information.

### Shared materials

Teachers find and reuse last year's materials by asking.

### Enrolment tracking

Know what's outstanding without cross-referencing spreadsheets.

## Frequently asked questions

Can students use it?

They can, but it's usual to start with the school's team and then decide what information to open up to students or families.

What about data on minors?

We recommend starting with organisational information and handling any personal data about minors with the appropriate legal assessment.

## Shall we try it with your company?

You won't be building an app or designing tables: Traiker gives you a ready, secure database, templates to start from and the MCP connection so ChatGPT, Claude or Grok can work with your data. [See other industries](https://traiker.com/en/solutions).
