## What data we process and why

If you fill in the early access form, we process your name, your email, the name of your company (if you provide it) and whether you want it for yourself or for your company, in order to contact you about the Traiker beta. We also store an anonymous, rotating technical identifier derived from your connection to prevent abusive submissions; we do not store your IP address.

## Legal basis

Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

## How long

For as long as the beta lasts or until you ask us to delete it.

## Who it is shared with

We do not sell your data. It is hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which acts as a technology provider. We use PostHog (servers in the EU) to measure use of the website in aggregate.

## Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [soporte@traiker.com](mailto:soporte@traiker.com). If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the [Spanish Data Protection Agency](https://www.aepd.es/).
